Facts about membership in the Tega Cay Croquet Club
Want to play? The Tega Cay Croquet Club is located near the Pavilion at the Tega Cay Golf Club.
Annual membership rates are $150 per person for Tega Cay/Fort Mill residents and $225 for non-residents. Children (under 21) and grandchildren of members play free of charge. Non-member play is available at a greens fee of $15 per person for a two hour play period. Play may continue beyond two hours if no other players are waiting to play. All necessary equipment will be available on a free loan basis. The court will be available for play every day, apart from weather and maintenance related closures and special events.
Member’s guests residing outside of Tega Cay/Fort Mill may play at a greens fee of $5 per session. Prospective new members living within the Tega Cay/Fort Mill area may play twice at $5 per session to acquaint themselves with the sport. After this trial period, they can join the croquet club as a member or continue to play at the non-member rate of $15 per person.
Groups may rent the croquet court for $150 per hour. Any exceptions will be considered on an individual basis and must be approved by the croquet club board.

Court Reservations, Procedures & Rules of Conduct
Court reservations may be made by calling the Tega Cay Golf Club at 803-548-3500 or on-line at www.tegacaygolfclub.com In accordance with tradition, the TCCC encourages adult players to dress in white attire. On occasions when the court is double banked i.e., two separate groups playing on the court, mutual respect and cooperation is requested between the players. Personal mallets must be of a design, and in a condition that will not cause damage to the balls or court surface. Players must be 8 years old or over, and children 16 years old and under must be accompanied by a playing adult.
